This class is a combination of stretching exercises, strength building standing poses and practice with balancing poses. This class is designed for those of you who are uncomfortable sitting on the floor while you perform your exercises, for those of you nursing injuries or recovering from surgical procedures. Chair seated poses are extremely beneficial. This class will help you to become more flexible and stronger. A gentle workout with a little bit of a challenge, this class is fun and light and very enjoyable. Poses are modified to fit your needs and you are encouraged to share with the instructor any of your special needs or concerns. A real emphasis on YOU is the biggest aspect of this class.
